Services to Seniors Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic:

We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for everyone – a time that, is filled with uncertainty. Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you. This can be a difficult and isolating time for people. Call us if you have any questions or want to talk. Our office at 310 Christie will be closed to the public effective March 19,2020 until April 14,2020. Our staff will be onsite and available to handle your telephone/email inquiries between 9:00 am & 3:00 pm Monday – Friday.

These precautionary measures have been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, to support our employees in this challenging time and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you, our customers, for the long term.

We will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation and provide updates about our programs and services over the next few weeks.

SOCIAL DISTANCING DOES NOT HAVE TO MEAN SOCIAL ISOLATION.

We are still here for you. Our services have been adjusted to the following:
Emergency Driver Escort
Emergency Lifeline Installs
Emergency Grocery Shopping
Meals on Wheels is continuing as normal, however, we have put in precautionary measures to ensure your trays are delivered and picked up to help any spread of COVID-19.

Tomorrow we will post a listing of local/community services, ie, grocery stores & pharmacies, hours and services provided and special hours for seniors also stores that will provide delivery services. Please note that most stores are now asking to be paid by debit/credit instead of cash.

To our Lifeline clients, Lifeline is an essential service and will continue to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
